• Remote support sessions: if you request remote support, our support tool (N-able Take Control) may access information on your device necessary to diagnose and resolve the issue you've asked us to help with. This only happens during an active, technician-led session that you have initiated.

We do not use cookies or analytics tracking on this website.

How we use your data

We use the information you provide to:

• Respond to your enquiries and requests for support
• Provide the IT, security, connectivity, or telecoms services you've asked us for
• Keep records relating to any work carried out for you

We do not sell your data or use it for marketing without your consent.
